King Cooling & Heat Pumps was founded in 2008 by Brad Johanson with a simple belief: that Waikato families and businesses deserve reliable, honest climate control services from people who genuinely care.
With over 18 years of hands-on experience in refrigeration and HVAC, Brad built the company from the ground up — starting with a ute and a toolbox in Te Awamutu. Today, King Cooling serves the entire Waikato region, from residential heat pump installations to complex dairy refrigeration systems.
