Good to Know
Our chiller trailers run on standard 240V power — the same as a household outlet. For events, you will need access to a power point within reach of the trailer, or a generator for remote locations.
The trailers are food-safe, professionally cleaned between hires, and maintained to the same standard we hold across all our refrigeration work. You can trust that the unit you receive is reliable and ready to perform.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for summer events and the Christmas/New Year period when demand is highest. That said, we always do our best to accommodate last-minute and emergency requests.

We deliver chiller trailers across the wider Waikato region, including Te Awamutu, Hamilton, Cambridge, Matamata, Otorohanga, Te Kuiti, and surrounding areas. If you are outside this area, get in touch anyway — we may still be able to help depending on timing and availability. Delivery and pickup are included in the hire price for standard Waikato locations.
We currently have two chiller trailers available for hire. Both are standard trailer-sized units suitable for events, commercial overflow, and emergency backup. They are large enough to handle a full wedding catering setup or a commercial product run. If you have specific capacity requirements, give us a call and we can advise whether one trailer will be enough or whether you need both.
Our chiller trailers are temperature-controlled from 0°C to 4°C, which is the standard safe range for fresh food storage. This is ideal for meat, dairy, produce, beverages, floral arrangements, and catering. The temperature holds consistently throughout the hire period, and the units are well-insulated to maintain performance even on warm days. Note: these are chillers, not freezers — they are not designed for frozen goods.
